Welcome in Cooking class in Italy
This is a unique Italian cooking class, I will open my house located in an elegant palace in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Milan, full of art paintings and antique furniture that come from the family Palladian Palace, you will taste there mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes and recipes that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisù or gelato. My passion for cooking and my family's recipes have been improved over time in the best Italian and international cooking schools. You will work and eat what you have made: tagliatelle, ravioli, gelato or tiramisu, surrounded by unparalleled works of art to you in the center of Milan easily accessible by Subway from every corner of Milan. I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious noodles and ravioli with filling from a Michelin chef's recipe, the secrets of the unique and classic tiramisu, a family recipe that follows that of its only creator: a soft, sweet, tasty and unique tiramisu!!! You'll be within walking distance of the Duomo Cathedral, the wonderful Last Supper or the Prada museum or the lively Navigli Channel. Immersed in the Designer and Fashion area with the subway running until 1am and where walking is serene and peaceful Very easy to reach: subway blue line just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna -Via Foppa stop. Cooking for one's family is a tradition handed down for generations. When Grandma Bruna is too tired she will be replaced by her daughter or grandchildren. 12 hours in advance we will send an email with the name of the teacher, but if you want only Grandma Bruna as teacher I cannot assure 12 hours in advance
Pasta e tiramisù
This is an unique italian cooking lesson. You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees.
You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons.
I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli and he secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique.
Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory
